The accommodation is ok, very good value for money. The room is clean and the accommodation is well equipped. The bed is large and very comfortable.
Well located to visit the south of the island (20/30min from the Tropic of cancer beach), close to a few lively restaurants in the evening in GeorgeTown.
Shenifer is very welcoming and very nice, we had a great evening with her and her husband. We hope to come back.

We really got exactly what we needed from this property. Perfect for my wife, son and I to venture out and rent boats nearby, then to come back to the property and my son to play in the pool with Shennifer and Shorn's son and nephew while we cooked dinner. We'll definitely be back, it's a great value, a little off the beaten path, but if you've spent any amount of time in the Bahamas, it's very much the norm.

It’s without a doubt I’ll stay here again. The apartment was clean and quite just as I was expecting. The host is incredible. They are very responsive and helpful. It was my first time in Exuma all by myself and the location is perfect.

Directions were clear to get there and checking in was easy. Be sure to rent a vehicle because nothing is in walking distance but few attractions/ restaurants are only a short drive away. Area was peaceful, Unit was how it was described. Shennifer was extremely responsive and accomodating and gave suggestions of things to do around the island. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was close to Georgetown even though there is a very rough road to get there.

We also love that the car can be added on to the reservation and find this option much more cost effective and convenient than a rental company.
